Effective August 21, 2006, Jeff Holte joined Harmon Solutions Group (HSG) as a Vice President, Property Claim Services. In this capacity, Mr. Holte will oversee day-to-day operations for critical elements of HSG’s CodeBlueSM property claim platform, focusing on Contents, Flooring and Salvage Claims Processing.
Prior to joining CodeBlueSM, Mr. Holte worked twenty years in the property casualty claims industry where he held positions in the property, casualty and the physical damage areas for one of the nation’s largest mutual property and casualty insurance companies, American Family Insurance.
Mr. Holte’s most recent position was as a National Catastrophe Claim Manager where he oversaw the design, implementation and the management of the National Catastrophe Operations Center, Product Research Department, National Central Adjusting Department, and the Catastrophe Claim Staff areas. Of special note, the initiatives he designed and implemented during his tenure were noted by the claim consulting and auditing firm, Tillinghast, “as a distinct competitive advantage”.
