Effective July 1, 2009 HSG becomes the sole provider of auto glass claims processing for Esurance
Esurance has chosen HSG as the sole provider to process all of their auto glass/claim invoicing. Any work performed on or after July 1, 2009 should be invoiced and sent to HSG at the addresses listed below for processing. Any invoices sent to other providers for work completed after June 30, 2009 could incur a delay in payment.
In addition, any vendor who is not yet a part of the HSG network can join free of charge to ensure they receive Esurance referrals.
To join the HSG network, vendors should contact Tony Douglas at 715-830-6148 or tony.douglas@hsgcodeblue.com. Tony can quickly set you up on the network and establish an EFT payment process to ensure you are paid as quickly as possible for work completed.
If you are already a network member and would like to submit an Esurance invoice for payment, you should send it to: HSG, PO Box 1550, Eau Claire, WI 54702.
