HSG and CodeBlue have created an internal Wellness Committee to promote healthy living among their employees. Members of the committee, also known as the “Wellness Warriors,” are responsible for implementing the committee’s mission of providing wellness activities and educational opportunities for the benefit of the employees and their families.

“Not only do we want our employees to be healthy, we also want their families and our surrounding communities to enjoy balanced, healthy lives,” said Tim Turrittin, HSG and CodeBlue senior vice president of sales and marketing.

All employees at HSG and CodeBlue’s identical call centers, located in Springfield, Ohio and Eau Claire, Wisc., are participating in the committee-sponsored wellness activities. On July 13, a Wellness Luncheon was held at each call center location. Local businesses associated with health and wellness were invited to set up displays, and employees shared healthy recipes.

The committee’s next wellness activity will be a six-week fitness challenge in which the employees are encouraged to compete as teams against the corporate leadership of the company.
