Springfield, OH (June 12,2012) – HSG|CodeBlue’s Sr. Vice President of Operations Mike Anderson announced the recent appointment of Michael Smith as the new Directorof Operations for CodeBlue.

In this role, Smith will lead a team of Water Mitigation Specialists to further strengthen the CodeBlue process for insurance carrier clients and their adjustors. Smith will also be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve clients’ overall experience.

“Michael’s past experiences and innovative business leadership are a huge asset to CodeBlue,” Anderson said. “I’m eager to see him strengthen relationships internally and among our affiliate network.”   

Before joining HSG|CodeBlue, Smith had more than 10 years of experience working for businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to boutique investment ventures where he developed business practices and productivity concepts.
