SPRINGFIELD — Clark County is one of the top five Ohio counties taking advantage of federal funding for on-the-job training grants that must be used by the end of the month.
The Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services has spent more than $3.6 million of about $3.8 million given by the federal government in 2011, said Ben Johnson, spokesman for ODJFS. The federal money expires at the end of June.
