Paul Gross
President and CEO
Paul Gross is President and CEO of Insurance Claim Management (ICM), the parent company to HSG and CodeBlue. Paul has emerged as an industry thought-leader and a regular presenter at insurance and contractor industry events due to his ability to challenge conventional wisdom and engineer better approaches to claims management.
Under Paul’s leadership, HSG|CodeBlue has focused on measuring, managing and evaluating claims while staying focused on the fact that every premium-paying policyholder must be represented in the process. This unique business model creates competition within each category of claims for superior results through Science, Speed and Service. Paul has grown the business to include two operations centers – one in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and one in Springfield, Ohio – with more than 400 employees.
Paul has over two decades of experience creating, owning and operating several highly successful business operations across multiple industries, including the auto glass industry. Prior to joining ICM, Paul acted as an executive consultant to Harmon AutoGlass and as a Vice President Safelite Auto Glass where he was a member of their executive committee.

Travis Weimer
Chief Financial Officer
Travis Weimer, CPA, brings 18 years of professional financial and accounting experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer for HSG|CodeBlue. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization including: business analysis and planning; human resources; and affiliate network. Travis spent nearly six years as CFO and Controller at Transamerica Investment Services, Inc., where he led teams responsible for the organization's finance and accounting, information technology and office facilities in four locations nationwide. Among his accomplishments were saving the company in excess of $2 million through annual expense audits and implementing improved controls. His other financial experience includes Accounting Manager at Woolpert, LLP, Audit Manager at Battelle & Battelle, LLP and Staff Accountant at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett and Co.

Michael Anderson
Senior Vice President of Operations
Michael Anderson serves as Senior Vice-President of Insurance Claims Management (ICM), the parent company to HSG and CodeBlue. In this role, Mike plays a critical role in all operational aspects of HSG|CodeBlue in Eau Claire, Wis. and Springfield, Oh. including all call center, glass and water mitigation operations. Prior to joining the company, Mike spent the last 16 years at FIS with seven of those years serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations within their Payments Division. In that role, all Customer (B2B and B2C) Relationship activities and back-office functions reported to him in supporting some of the largest retailers and financial institutions in the U.S. His teams were instrumental in providing excellent service while successfully driving millions of dollars of productivity efficiencies through process and technology improvements. Mike has over 20 years experience in Operations and Business Development within the Service Industry. In 2010, as part of his tenure with FIS, he was named President of CPRS (Certegy Payment Recovery Services) and was given responsibility for the Business Development of their Servicing business as an outsourcer in the BPO, ITO and Collections space.

Tim Turrittin
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Tim Turrittin serves as Senior Vice-President, Sales and Marketing of Insurance Claims Management (ICM), the parent company to HSG and CodeBlue. Tim’s role is critical to all sales and marketing aspects of HSG|CodeBlue in Eau Claire, Wis. and Springfield, Oh. Tim has over 25 years of business experience where he has worked extensively with Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses, healthcare institutions, governmental agencies and colleges/universities. His specializes in building organizations from the ground up as well as growing and rebranding existing companies. Tim’s background also includes raising capital, general management, and strategic business planning and execution.

Bruce Ratliff
Vice President of Technology Solutions
Bruce has over 30 years of business experience which include knowledge in areas such as finance (A/R, A/P, C/D, G/L), information technology, operations and overall business management/development. Bruce joined HSG in April of 2005 as the Director of Client Services. In this position, Bruce is responsible for Information Technology, Accounts Receivable, and CodeBlue development. Prior to joining HSG, Bruce worked at Safelite AutoGlass Corporation for 12 years. At that time, he held positions such as Senior Program Analyst, Project Leader, Manager Finances/Special Projects, and Director of Corporate Systems. In those positions, he had responsibilities that included all mainframe development in the call center, finance, billing, and SIU special projects. Bruce has also held positions at Genuine Parts Company in Finance and IT related positions, and Grange Mutual Companies in Operations and Programming.

Jeff Holte
Vice President of Property Services
As Vice President of Property Services, Jeff is a results producing professional with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading comprehensive claim strategies in support of business goals and objectives. Prior to joining CodeBlue, Jeff had over 20 years of experience in the insurance claims industry and was employed by American Family Mutual Insurance as a National Catastrophe Manager. During his time with American Family, Jeff designed and implemented a paperless claim file for catastrophe claims, planned and implemented the centralized Catastrophe Operations Center that reduced cycle time by 300%. Jeff joined CodeBlue in August of 2006 as Vice President of Property Services. Jeff has demonstrated success in controlling severity, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing expense through the development and implementation of several key projects and client initiatives.

Mary Ann Gray
Vice President of Water Mitigation
Mary Ann Gray has 30 plus years of Personal Lines insurance industry experience with two major carriers; MetLife Auto & Home and Amica. Prior to joining CodeBlue, Mary Ann played a leadership role in Claims, Human Resources and Learning & Development at MetLife Auto & Home. While in claims, her responsibilities included oversight of three countrywide claim functions; Automobile Glass, Marine Losses and Subrogation. Mary Ann joined HSG|CodeBlue in May 2009 as VP of National Sales and in January 2010 assumed the role of VP of CodeBlue's Water Mitigation program.

Ed Jones
Vice President of Education, Research & Development
Ed Jones has over 25 years in restoration industry currently serving as Vice President of Education,
Research & Development for CodeBlue Property Solutions. Ed was
previously the owner of an Independent Restoration Business in Texas with 3
locations. Ed also has served as VP of Operations for International Franchisors
and VP of Marketing and Catastrophe Response. Ed is an IICRC Master Water Restorer, a Continuing Education Instructor for the insurance industry, and an IICRC Instructor for Water Damage Restoration.

David Stagner
Vice President, Sales
An experienced and highly productive sales executive, David has a strong and proven track record for developing highly successful sales organizations. As a manager, he has effectively built national account programs, sales teams, and sales measurement systems. David oversees all strategic and business development initiatives related to acquiring and supporting Property & Casualty insurance clients. Prior to joining HSG|CodeBlue, David was employed by Safelite AutoGlass Corporation of Columbus, OH. Throughout the course of his 16 years of service with Safelite, David held positions as: Regional Sales Manager, Regional Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Client Sales & Support, and finally Vice President of Nation Field Sales. David’s experience with Safelite allowed him to manage the strategic and tactical responsibility for managing a book of business worth over $200 million in insurance industry sales. His clients consisted of Fortune 500 insurance companies across the United States.

Gary Turner
Vice President, Sales
Gary Turner joined HSG in December 2005 as Vice President of Property Claims, and currently serves as Vice President of Sales. Gary's extensive experience spans several industries, including being a co-founder of Glass America, a mid-size regional Auto Glass Retailer, where he established two retail stores in Chicago which grew to 65 retail locations in 13 States. Gary is the former Executive Vice President with Globe Glass & Mirror Co., where he was responsible for National Retail Auto Glass Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions and was part of the Executive Management Team helping grow the retail chain from 34 retail stores to 124. Gary also served as Vice President of USA Glass Network, one of the first Third Party Administrators for Auto Glass, where he helped establish its first two clients, Allstate Insurance and USA. In addition, Gary was Vice President of Vistar, a merger of Globe Glass & Mirror and Windshields America, where he was responsible for retail sales over the eastern half of the US.

Ellen Heiber
National Sales Director
Ellen Heiber has been working within the insurance industry for over 16 years. She originally began her career in November of 1994, serving as National Account Coordinator with the former Harmon AutoGlass. Ellen was responsible for sales support, and acted as the single point of contact for insurance customers. This role gave her extensive experience in sales support, customer relations, project management and call center operations. In June of 1999, Ellen was promoted to National Account Manager and relocated to the North East, taking on the company's second largest region for sales. In January of 2004, Ellen was again promoted to National Sales Director and today is responsible for sales and growth in the North East and Southeast Regions.

Monica Miller
National Sales Director
Monica brings nearly a decade of sales experience to her position as National Sales Director. She previously worked with multi-million dollar accounts for Edamerica Inc., a national company focused on educational funding. As a perennial top performer in her previous sales position she also excelled as a mentor for new sales team members, contributed valuable strategy for streamlining the sales process and developed effective cost reductions in marketing materials. Monica enjoyed a long tenure at Wittenberg University where she concentrated her efforts in enlightening students and their families about educational financing. And while employed at The Credit Life Insurance Companies, Monica supervised staff in computer operations. Her passion for ingenuity and customer satisfaction resonates with clients and fellow employees alike.
