Paul Gross
President and CEO
Paul Gross has been President of ICM since it’s founding. Previously he served
as President of Harmon Solutions Group (HSG) and CodeBlueTM. As President of
ICM, Paul oversees all aspects of the claims management business for both sales
and operations. Prior to joining HSG, he acted as an executive consultant to
Harmon AutoGlass where he helped lead the buyout by Riverside and also served
as a Vice President at Safelite AutoGlass, where he brought innovation to the
company and created their Repair Medic operating division. Paul has over 17
years experience creating, owning, and operating several highly successful
business operations, across multiple industries. concentrating his efforts in
the auto glass industry. He was also a founding member of the National
Windshield Repair Association and continues to serve on their Board of
Directors.

David Stagner
Executive Vice President of National Sales
An experienced and highly productive sales executive, David has a strong and proven track record for developing highly successful sales organizations. As a manager, he has effectively built national account programs, sales teams, and sales measurement systems. David oversees all strategic and business development initiatives related to acquiring and supporting Property & Casualty insurance clients. Prior to joining HSG|CodeBlue, David was employed by Safelite AutoGlass Corporation of Columbus, OH. Throughout the course of his 16 years of service with Safelite, David held positions as: Regional Sales Manager, Regional Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Client Sales & Support, and finally Vice President of Nation Field Sales. David’s experience with Safelite allowed him to manage the strategic and tactical responsibility for managing a book of business worth over $200 million in insurance industry sales. His clients consisted of Fortune 500 insurance companies across the United States.

Jeff Holte
Vice President of Property Services
As Vice President of Property Services, Jeff is a results producing professional with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading comprehensive claim strategies in support of business goals and objectives. Prior to joining CodeBlue, Jeff had over 20 years of experience in the insurance claims industry and was employed by American Family Mutual Insurance as a National Catastrophe Manager. During his time with American Family, Jeff designed and implemented a paperless claim file for catastrophe claims, planned and implemented the centralized Catastrophe Operations Center that reduced cycle time by 300%. Jeff joined CodeBlue in August of 2006 as Vice President of Property Services. Jeff has demonstrated success in controlling severity, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing expense through the development and implementation of several key projects and client initiatives.

Sherry Bangsund
Director of Quality Assurance
In her role as Director of Quality Assurance, Sherry is a results-producing professional with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading comprehensive strategies in support of business goals and objectives. Sherry joined HSG|CodeBlue in December of 2006. During her tenure with HSG|CodeBlue, Sherry has been responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive quality assurance program for all lines of services within our third party claims administration operation, and is a critical member of the strategic development team responsible for designing and implementing new business initiatives and client services. Prior to joining HSG|CodeBlue, Ms. Bangsund had more than 20 years experience in the insurance claims industry and was most recently the National Product Research Manager for American Family Insurance in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, where she developed and implemented the Products Research department, which reduced severity by $20,000,000 over a two year period. Sherry’s initiatives and leadership were singled out by the auditing firm Tillinghast as a distinct competitive advantage.

Ed Jones
Vice President of Restoration Services
Ed Jones has over 25 years in restoration industry currently serving as Vice
President of Restoration Services for CodeBlue Property Solutions. Ed was
previously the owner of an Independent Restoration Business in Texas with 3
locations. Ed also has served as VP of Operations for International Franchisors
and VP of Marketing and Catastrophe Response. Ed is an IICRC Master Water Restorer, a Continuing Education Instructor for the insurance industry, and an IICRC Instructor for Water Damage Restoration.

Adriann Dalton
Vice President of Operations and Administration
Adriann has over 25 years of business experience which has created a broad base of knowledge and experience in marketing, technology, operations and strategic business development. Adriann joined Harmon Solutions Group in October of 2004 where she is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations, including call center, finance, human resources, client services, affiliate services, administration and marketing. Prior to joining HSG, Adriann worked for 12 years at Safelite AutoGlass Corporation where she held positions of increasing responsibilities, including roles in technology, marketing, field operations, strategic development and new business development. She has also held positions at Xerox Corporation in sales; at Bluefly, Inc. in operations and SubmitOrder.com in business development and client relations.

Sidonia Gause
Director of Operations
Sidonia has over 10 years experience which includes skills in areas including workforce management, telecom, marketing & business development, recruiting, project implementation, payroll, training and sales & presentation. Sidonia joined HSG in September 2006 and is responsible for Workforce Management and Training & Development Services. Preceding her position at HSG, Sidonia worked at Safelite Glass Corporation for over 5 years honing her skills in operation management, workforce management, recruiting and training & development services. After leaving Safelite, she successfully performed a business start-up in Houston, Texas. Her sales and presentation skills supported a dynamic start to a sensational dental practice. Sidonia has also held positions in profit-oriented businesses such as automotive repair shops, financial consultant agencies and the commercial construction industry.

Bruce Ratliff
Vice President of Technology Solutions
Bruce has over 30 years of business experience which include knowledge in areas such as finance (A/R, A/P, C/D, G/L), information technology, operations and overall business management/development. Bruce joined HSG in April of 2005 as the Director of Client Services. In this position, Bruce is responsible for Information Technology, Accounts Receivable, and CodeBlue development. Prior to joining HSG, Bruce worked at Safelite AutoGlass Corporation for 12 years. At that time, he held positions such as Senior Program Analyst, Project Leader, Manager Finances/Special Projects, and Director of Corporate Systems. In those positions, he had responsibilities that included all mainframe development in the call center, finance, billing, and SIU special projects. Bruce has also held positions at Genuine Parts Company in Finance and IT related positions, and Grange Mutual Companies in Operations and Programming.

Rob Krohn
Director of Marketing
Rob brings over 15 years of experience as a strategic and highly creative marketing and design professional with a record of accomplishments in developing award winning marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and increase revenue. Rob joined HSG|CodeBlue in January 2009 as the Director of Marketing overseeing all areas of brand development and strategic positioning. Rob previously served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for HTP, Inc., based in Columbus, OH, where he built the company’s internal marketing program from inception to facilitate a market presence for the software services company that enabled hospitals to better manage their business. Rob played an integral role in the 300 percent growth HTP achieved during his tenure, and the company was successfully acquired by McKesson Corporation in May 2008. In addition, Rob was the owner of a successful marketing, advertising and design consulting company working with clientele within the construction, bottling and manufacturing, software technology, residential homebuilding, automotive insurance, sports and education industries.
